relatively vague question, but does anyone have any ballpark figure of what it would cost to do a build out for a single screen 125-150 seats to include tiered seating and a projection booth. just the construction figures, not equipment or anything else.

Any number we give would be useless. Best bet is to call local construction companies, give them your specs, and get bids.
