I'm in the planning stages of renovating my restaurant into a Dine-In Theater. I'd like to have stadium seating with narrow tables in front (almost like a bar), Nice high-back chairs, but not rockers, and a space for servers to get behind the seats to serve the next row up unobtrusively. Anyone out there in the interwebs that can help me with rough spacing?
