How many screens roughly can fit in a 14,620+/-SF. The space is part of a shopping center. I was thinking 4 screens 2 at each end with a lobby in middle.

I'd say that is probably pretty accurate; i've seen plans for 6 screeners as low as 18,000 feet, so 4 screens plus a lobby in ~14,000 seems reasonable.

The number of auditoriums will depend on your preferred auditorium sizes and seat counts. In addition, existing column bays within the space may affect the lay-out and possibly limit the number of auditoriums. Also, if the auditoriums will have stadium seating and depending on the available height of the space, the opportunity to locate ancillary spaces underneath the back rows of the stadium seating will offer more area for the auditoriums.

I went an checked property. It is not really good for a theatre. The ceilings are to low for stadium seating. Which i saw as a plus! There are also just to many columns. So the search goes on! Plus the terms are not good!
