We are looking to develop a new four screen theater in southwest MN. We have plans to remodel a big vacant retail store into a theater. We have put together finacial projections and constrution budgets. We are seeking an existing theater owner/operator to help invest and operate the theater. We are open to different options but will be able to provide capital from the community to help with construction costs. Our main goal is to give our community a new theater to enjoy.
