Hello All Im a New guy to BSB
Me and a Business partener on mine are looking at opening a theater in our hometown
Its population is around 10000
majority of the population between the ages of 25 and 44 years old and an average family income of over $99,000.
The location we are looking at is Perfect!! very expensive but perfect!
We do have another theater within 2 km however it is run down and only 1 screen and next week is just getting alice in wonderland!Plus you have to wait out side till 5 min before the movie starts and the lobby can only hold about 10 people everyone drives to the closest city to see movies on opening day! Within an hour of us we have another 43,000 people and other rundown 1 screen theaters.
We are stuck with figuring out how many seats per screen and the square footage! and we would like people able to come in and wait for movies and buy popcorn and drinks and such!
the land is 4.14 acres but we can get more
Can anyone help us out with figuring this out
