I am about to embark on a new theater project. Three screens with a restaurant. I am looking for some advice regarding the amount of square footage required to cover the number of seats and configuration I am planning for. Commercial Real Estate is expensive in New York so I need to get reasonably close with my estimate in order for my business plan to have legs.
Could I get a little help from the construction folks out there or from someone who has walked this path before?
