hello,

I dont want to pay Reed Construction for the Info.

does anyone have a good guess of what cost per sf is in right now in the Utah/Colorado/Idaho area?

thanks for your help. Im still in the business plan stage and dont want to dump a lot of $$ in this right now.

I know you guys are very helpful thanks for whatever info you can give!

a new theater in sc opened this week and the building is 52,00.00 sq ft and the claimed it cpst 10 million. Thats about $192.00 per ft.

Search these forms there is a good link to a construction site that tracks average costes per city for building types. They have theatres listed. No cost for the data.
