I have looked through the archives and I haven't seen this so I hope I am not being too redundant.
When you figure your building price, and I have seen numbers that indicate about 125-140 dollars per square foot of the building, does this also factor in the parking lot?
I hope this isn't too dumb of a question and I thank you for your help.

Most cost/sq ft numbers are site ready, in other words building only, no clearing, leveling, or parking lot. Depends on where you got the 120-140. The source I use is RSMeans "Light Commercial Cost Data"
