Hey, Mesbur! Do you have any advice for someone interested in restoring(I use that term loosly) a single screen? How essential are floor plans? What should I realistically spend on getting a set of plans drawn up? What qualities should I look for in a local architect?

I think I have the answeres to these questions, but this could be helpful to others reading this site. Oh yeah, I could use a push in the right direction too.

A lot depeneds on what the purepose of the plans are
If it is a seating layout that is less costly than having ones to apply for a permit as then structural and mechanical would need to be done as well
