The Garrick has these tiny lightbublbs in the stairs, about the same kind as an oven light.

There's one, enclosed in a case, per stair, on the vertical part you don't step on, in the centre. These provide pretty good, non distracting light. On the seats, down out of the balcony, theres little lights on the side panel of the seat.

Would any of you suggest keeping dim lights in the balcony stairs, and the seat aisle panel, or re-doing it with the common multiplex aisle lighting these days that is along each stair, or along the edge of the carpet on the floor, with the little LEDs?

gdarvin OFFLINE Junior Boarder Posts: 25 Karma: 0	In the long run you would be better off upgrading to LEDs. It will pay for it self by eliminating the high bulb and labor cost of changing those "oven" bulbs several times a year.
