Hi Guys,
Long Time Reader, First time poster.

I wanted to get everyone's opinion.

I am thinking about building a 5 screen movie theatre. What would be everyone's opinion about using the empty shell of an old department store(former kmart) or grocery store(albertsons). If I were to go with the empty shell idea, should I build up my elevation to allow for the slope? or should I excavate the floor to allow for the slope?

Has anyone else used an old department store or grocery store to renovate into a movie theatre before? The size seems perfect for a 5 screen movie theatre. And adding walls would be a breeze it seems.
