I have a 5 Screen Theater with 150 Seats, 139 seats, 311 seats, 244 Seats and 245 Seats. There is a rental space next to us which has recently become available and we are thinking of trying to add screens. They way we are thinking we could probably add 3 screens by cutting the 311 seat house to about 250 seats and then the other 3 new screens would be approx. 100 seats each or thereabouts. We do occasionally sell out the big house, most recently with Harry Potter, but most of the time it sits at well under half full. What do you think is the wisdom of cutting the size of that house in order to add more screens?
Does anyone know what the cost of getting an architect to just to look to see if its even feasible?
