We serve daiquiris at the theatre I am at now. Just regular theatre, not dinner theatre. Limited to one drink per person. $5.75 a drink. Very popular, especially with a specific demographic.

I was toying with that idea of turning the cinema I am looking at into a eating type of theatre. Were you can get drinks and pub style food.
Is it hard getting licenses for that and is it worth the additional set up cost?
How many seats on average do you loose by adding the tables down the aisles.
