Regarding: CCSI (specifically Marty)
We have been using CCSI for over a year now and have had more problems and issues with them than I can even remember. Everything started off great, but a few months after we switched to them they apparently had all of their drivers quit... Since then it has all been downhill.
In the last 12 months, I think Marty has answered ONE email (requesting a new product be added to our order form). REPEATED emails asking for invoice corrections, credits, account information updates, product listings, etc. have gone unanswered.
It may be because we are a six screen on the outside edge of their delivery zone, but if thats the case I would greatly appreciate Marty TELLING us that, rather then giving us ZERO customer service.
Marty, if you are reading this, call/email me and I will happily post on here that you (finally) contacted me (hopefully to resolve the outstanding issues).
