We sell the large J & J Pretzels. J & J Provides the oven and merchandizer as long as you sell their pretzels. In our 5 screen theater, we sell an average of 3 cases a week @$1.25 each. (About 150 pretzels.) A lot of the time, it's all we can do to keep up with the demand as we don't generally make too many at one time. The shelf life is relatively short. They get really hard after 2-3 hours.
They are easy to prepare. Just spray them with water, sprinkle with salt, stick then in the oven for 3 minutes. They ususally have to hang for a few minutes to finish up. I think it is a good additional revenue that doesn't hurt popcorn sales at all. People also have the option of buying a small cup of our Nacho cheese for an additional 50 cents. Linda

Although we have a SuperPretzel spinner rack contraption, we bake them in a pizza oven @350 degrees for 12 minutes. Most customers don't mind the wait, rather than have one that has been in the spin case all day. We sell 'em for 2.50, nacho cheese on the side at n/c.

We too sel the J&J pretzels. They supplied the warmer/display cabinet... as long as we buy the product.

Instructions on ours sounds a little different than others I've read above.

We do the "spray with water / spinkle with salt" thing while they are frozen, then stick them up front in the dsiplay case FROZEN. Within 10-15 minutes they are ready to go. We went through an entire case last weekend.
