I just tried this new Dawn spray cleaner, I think it is called power scrub. It got stuff off my forty-some-year-old popcorn popper that all those harsh chemicals I have tried would not touch. It is works great and is only about $2 a bottle.

Does it have a strong citrus smell, like "Simple Green" does? D-Limonene is commonly used in these types of cleaners, and it is very effective on greasy dirt.

We use Simple Green to clean the outside of our popper. It works well.
But we'll have to try this new Dawn stuff.
Would be cheaper.
