There's a company that sells little packets of yeast, salt n' vinegar, cheese, etc. for popcorn topping. Does anyone know who that company is?

We just do it ourselves. We bought shakers from the local restaurant supply store and we purchase the condiments locally.

We make 10 different Flavors of All-Natural Gourmet Shake-On Popcorn Seasoning!

We bought the 5 flavor trays for our two concessions stations from Kernals Seasonings. People seem to like them although I don't think the've increased popcorn sales at all. We don't charge as there is no way to police it. White Cheddar is the most used.

White Cheddar is also the most epensive. At least here anyway... All of the cheese flavors are about 50% more expensive.

Personally I don't like having the salts, I doubt that they increase popcorn or drink sales, they are only an expense (and very expensive!) and they make a huge mess! And on busy nights when you have the least amount of time to do anything, you have to spend your time filling salts.

At our theare Dill Pickle is the most popular.

The problem is now that we have salts, how can you get rid of them without ticking people off?

I have used Gold Metal for savory shake-on flavored cheeses (White Cheddar and Regular Cheddar). They also have the "pop in the Kettle" flavor crystals (chocolate flavoring)and Cotton candy and sno-cone supplies too.
