I remember reading some posts stating how great the Icee company was to work with. I called my local Icee sales office, and they are complete morans over there. Today is the fifth business day that I have not received a return phone call from the sales rep. Meanwhile I have been leaving messages and talking with the secretary daily!
Does anyone know if their is a national sales rep number I can call? I would like to go above this guy, but am having problems doing so.
Also, would anyone care to share the deal they have with their Icee company. I.E. how much their paying for the syrup, if their leasing or purchased the machine, etc - I don't want to get a bad deal.
