Read the post of the Gross income per for concessions. Does anyone keep numbers on net of concession alone (meaning Gross - cost of concession only).

We track cost of goods and food, supplies, etc. But we don't try to break it out vs. projection staff, tik sales person, janitorial, Etc. Best/ Mike
