What kind of nacho cheese do you have? I am using the Ricos brand. What brands does everyone prefer and why? Any ideas on "sprucing" up your cheese? I use about a cup and a half of pepper juice...people here seem to like real spicy cheese. Also, does anyone offer any kind of nacho combo? Anyone offer salsa with their nachos?

We used the Ricos porton pack I was also looking at using salsa packs as an alternative when I get in operation.

its the same ricos as in the can so i guess it tastes the same. just don't get the cheese with the salsa mixed in. that was nasty.
