Do you sell any highly caffed drinks like Red Bull? My idea of a perfect film treat is a cold high octane cafeine.....a regional favorite here: Moxie (used to outsell Coke and still contains Gentian Root which was used by the native American to induce abortion but only seems to induce attentiveness in me) and Goobers give me that wide awake buzz.

Red Bull tastes terrible, like bad medicine. My stomach turned as I read the topic!

Yes .......but does it sell? I think on how Campari made its' name with a "The first time I tasted Campari...." ad blitz. I had one, it tasted like weird fizzy medicine and did not have any effects to compare to off screen medicinal experiments of my ill spent youth. In bars they drink Red Bull and vodka...... not for me either as I tend to sip Jameson's Irish or Tangueray and tonic depending on the season.

JOLT Cola has quite a following among college students, truck drivers, and all-night computer "geeks":

I called Wet Planet Beverages in Rochester this morning, and they said "Jolt" was still very popular and widely available:

Computer Geeks at RTS prefer Mountain Dew! So much so instead of the 8 two liters a week we purchase we are considering putting in a soda fountain!

Jolt, not too bad, definately full of sugar.

Red Bull and Vodka, I'd vomit, I prefer a cold beer especially a Peroni or Morretti or a Captain Morgans and Coke w'lime will do as well.

Will Red Bull sell, I have no idea, locally we just started selling Dole fruit juices and they have been doing okay.

Why do the Dew? Because besides Jolt it is the leading high test bev out on the market. # 2 is Moxie. I always cringe when these little kids come in ordering Dew.....a can is like 4 cups of coffee!

Thanks on the Jolt John....... maybe Sam's Club just stopped carrying it.

I personally would shy away from Red Bull or products similar to it. You certainily don't want some kid swilling 3 or 4 cans of it and ending up having to need a Medic. There was an article in the Journal Sentinel (Milw) concerning this stuff. I thought about bringing in RedBull or XTC beverages, but I don't want some irate parent coming after me for selling their kid a super concentrated stimulant. Get this, they (distributors) were walking around our downtown area handing out free cans of RedBull to us retailers, including the theatre. I agree the stuff is nasty tasting, like cherry cough syrup. XTC tastes much better.
