I considering Bon Bons and the small cups with the swirl fillings. Are they anymore of a problem then any of the rest of the concessions? Are the freezing units very expensive to install?

Large OFFLINE Platinum Boarder Posts: 1074 Thank you received: 1 Karma: 0	I like ice cream. In fact I may go have one after typing this. Our theatre came with a display freezer and two back room freezers, so we sell ice cream. It is not a huge profit center, but we like it.

GTEntertainment OFFLINE Platinum Boarder Posts: 415 Karma: 0	We sold bon bons at the first theatre I worked and they did not sell very well. However I think had we had the little cups with wooden spoons I think it would have sold better. the problem with the bon bon is they melt before you can finish them. I am feeling "LARGE" Already
