Since Burney bumped this one up, I thought I would add my current price. $306.75 per month/$3681 per year for our 4 screen. Still with Westfield Insurance.

I filled out an inquiry on the internet and have spoken to several companies who took my info and will call with quotes. I called Reynolds & Reynolds. Their minimum premium on any theater is $5,000 a year. She told me to call her back if I didn't find anything else.

MOC has my info and will call back with the rest of them. I hope I find a reasonable premium with a reputable company.

I just signed for insurance with Mt. Vernon Fire Insurance Co. through a small broker in So. Calif. The premium is $4706 for fire and liability for my single screen; about double what I was paying before the fire. That was the best I could get.

I asked about whether the fire claim follows me for my possible second theatre and he said no. So at least that insurance should be less.
