I am very happy to hear how Deluxe is going to handle this.

"Manager,
Going forward, your Deluxe 35mm prints will be shipped via UPS with a UPS return label inside the box. Once your engagement has ended, please remove this label, place it over the used shipping label and leave the print out for UPS.
Since all prints prior to the Deluxe depot closure were not shipped with return labels, you must contact the Deluxe Film Content Recovery Department in order to have a label emailed/faxed to you.

Prints coming off screen Thursday night should be picked up by UPS no later than Tuesday the following week."
I wish Technicolor would use this system. Their are times when the UPS driver comes with the label and he/she does not see anyone, will just leave and you are hit with a $20 failed pick-up charge. Plus it would be nice not have every movie ready for pickup by 10am Friday.
