How do I know if my booker is getting me the best possible terms? I have used the same booker since I opened 5 years ago.

I agree that it is an important question. Let's see if anyone offers any evidence that a booker can get better terms. Or if a booker can get better terms than another booker?

I would be happy to talk to you to see how your terms are. Don't post them online as that drives studios crazy. A few factors to consider ---were are you located rural ,city and what part of the country. Many films (studios) have different terms for one part of the country to the other. How many screens do you have and how they gross. Are you a move over house or first run. If a picture has national terms these are pretty straight forward . Many pictures are negotiated terms . This week I had a film that the studio wanted 60% down when I refused to play the picture they came back with 50%
