Double check to ensure you listing are accurate on these free listings. We screwed up this weekend by not checking them and they had left off our listings for Night At The Musuem 2!!! We did not realize untill today (Monday). I had thought our business was not what was expected Sat. & Sun.

We have found them to me making many mistakes over the past 6 mos. They had us down for playing Santa Clause recently. They eventually get fixed but it can be frustrating.

Anyone have a way to contact these folks when they mess up besides the normal email addresses and fax #'s. We send in out showtimes on Tuesday of each week.

At The BigScreen Cinema Guide, we get our data from CinemaSource (aka West World Media), and you can find their contact information on this page:

They supply quite a few of the online sites, as well as newspaper listings too. One call can cover quite a few outlets.

Additionally, when this happens to one of our Featured Theaters, we work with them to get the showtimes corrected right away, so that they don't have to wait for the next refresh of the data. You're not going to find that kind of service from the free listing sites, though.

Yes even though you get cinema source to correct it in the data base some of the poeple who buy the data from them only pull updated data once or twice a week. So it is important to get it right the first time.

They do offer a program where you can enter the data yourself. That way you know its correct. Takes a little time but if our listing is wrong now its because we did something wrong. We can also correct it fast so we may have it fixed befoe the data goes out.
