We're in the final stages of bank negotiations, planning, etc., to re-open the Grandview Theatre in Grandview Heights (Columbus suburb), OH.
We had decided to put off the addition -- in parallel with the film projectors -- of digital for a couple of years, but several things have come up that present a business case for doing it sooner rather than later.
Assuming funding becomes available on our side, does anyone have any idea what a gross estimate for digital projection hardware is these days? I know there are several components, including show controller, equipment for 3-D (if desirable), &c.
I've got a call in to a couple of places, but thought I'd see if anyone here had a recent figure I could use to work into our projections (no pun intended).
