I was once paying 1300.00 per month for a 2 screen in a small town and I know people who have paid more than 10X that for their screens. There is a direct relationship to grossing potential, condition, neighborhood, neighbors, competition, etc. However/ given all that it has as much to do with how much would your landlord be able to lease it to someone else empty as a storefront? It needs a good long cold cl;ear look and it needs to be done by a pro.
