My family has owned a theater in Manistee, MI for 22 years. We leased it out for the last 15 years and have recently taken over the operation of the theater. We have been trying to post our showtimes on Moviefone, Fandango, and Yahoo but we have been having trouble. Any suggestions?
Also, are there any other site we could put our showtimes on?

These will get you on most of the major national listing services. We generally use the email address's to send ours in.

I, too, just email mine in to both of those email addresses. I have found that if you wait until late Thursday night, they might not get listed. The earlier in the week you send them, the better.

Yes I can confirm what burneyfalls said. The earlier the better. We try to send ours no later than Tuesday evening.

Ditto the above.
We find we sometimes get missed if we're as late as Wednesday afternoon.

I don't know how many places we wind up being listed through these addresses. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on Dish Network.

Yes. So far we have never been asked for any fees.

I'm on the board of a nonprofit org that shows first-run independent and art house films once a month (two showings) at a theater in Fresno, CA.

It's an independent theater that also hosts concerts and other events, not just films. MY QUESTION: since we only have 2 showings per month.... do you think we have any chance of getting listed on Fandango, Moviefone, etc.?

Should I just try and send our dates to those email addresses anyway and see what happens?

Of course, why not. As the old saying goes... It never hurts to ask.
