Seriously, is the 480,000 to 500,000 net after debt service?

How much will it cost you to finance this transaction? Can you afford the monthly payments? Can you get the financing?

I suspect that some of us would like to have a chance to look at something that looks as promising as this on the surface at least. I've met up with some 8 plexes that merely gross this much per year much less net.
