AMC Entertaiment became the lastest company to admit to some "uncustomary accounting procedures" when it was revealed today that it had forgiven 19.8 Million Dollars in loans to Peter Brown, its Chairman and CEO and its CFO Craig Ramsey. It also admitted that its first quarter loss was "wider than originally estimeated". Shares dropped 30%.

argggggggggggggggggggggg! Is nothing sacred. I guess what's great about all this is that it will mean better accounting in the future. For now: it hurts.
