Does anyone receive bonuses based on concessions sales? I was wondering what type of deals are given to managers with regards to sales figures, if any.

We give bonuses to shift managers based on average monthly per capitas. Above 2.25 gets X and above 2.50 gets more. How much depends on there contribution as perceived by owner and cash register tapes.
