Hi all-1st off let me say this is a fantastic site! As a newbie its going to take me awhile to catch up. Anyways...I am wondering if there ave industry averages or if anyone has examples of the following:

How much would operating expenses be for a 8-plex /population 60000/expect to be moderately busy but want to lowball it/

Im not worried about Lease payment (land or equip) just everything else

Any help would be appreciated

You will need to put together your own business plan based on where you are and what you know about your specifics.
