It does take time! When we first took over the theatre 6 years ago every (2) movie started at 7:00 PM but when we went to 3 screens and started doing split films, etc. we changed the film start ups at will for better skeds for us and the people who view. The result? Dazed and confused customers milling about in front 30 minutes after the show started! In time, it took a number of years!, they learned to actually read the film start up time! Customers can be trained!

If it takes that long to train customers its no wonder that the we can get away with movies like "Little Nikkie" and "Hey Dude, Where's My Car".
