I'm running an Ultimation 2000 which sat new in box for over ten years and was finally placed into service four years ago. It appears to now have a stuck keypad which prohibits programming. Eprad is no longer servicing the unit. Has anyone replaced a keypad without damaging the laminated top panel? Or perhaps there are some good used or new old stock parts out there?
