I'm in the process of remodeling the movie I just bought in a small town in eastern montana. I found the glass window for the ticket booth stored in the basement, there is a hole cut for the old style of speaker (not sure what it's really called) anyone know where I can pick one of these up at, or does someone have one for sale?

You're thinking of the ticket booth "talk-thru" vented metal covers that go in those holes in the glass.

Goldberg Bros. have been manufacturing them for decades. There's one shown on their webpage about halfway down the page next to the ticket stub box:
