Being a pack rat I have collected a lot of tube amps, Motiograph, Western Electric and wonder what the stuff is worth? I have a few people hounding me to sale it to them.

Some of those tube amps fetch a pretty good price still, especially Western Electric.

Actually, that stuff does draw pretty good prices. Old broadcast compressor/limiter gear does to. Why that is, is a mystery to me. On a practical level, the stuff isn't much use to anyone. For the higher powered, older gear, tubes and some parts can be expensive and hard to find.

Collectors, I guess. Beauty is in the eye.

So where is the best place to sell old tube amps? Ebay or some other site?
