I was told i need a 1 to 1.33 projection ratio to show Citizen Kane.Were do i get a lens for this????

You need to list the screen size and throw
often one can just remove the anamorphic from the scope lens and get by if the theatre is set up for constant height images

Give your equipment supplier the throw and screen height and he should be able to tell you what lens you'll need. You'll also need a different aperture plate. You're right it was filmed in a 133 x 1 ratio. Trying to run it through your current flat lens will crop a lot of the picture.
