I am just learning there are a large number of spanish speaking workers in one of my towns in the summer months. I thought I read once about dts disks being made in other languages. Anyone know anything about that?

This might be something to call DTS about. Karen Hultgren ought to know.

An aside... if you could get a disk for a picture that wasn't fully dubbed (including the analog track), it would sure sound strange if the digital dropped out for some reason!

DTS can fail if the disks get scratched. Check before you screen. Your distributor can usually replace them. It is one of the benefits of the system, as is the ability to have different languages and subtitles.
