TOPIC: I Hear SHHHHHH

I Hear SHHHHHH 18 Dec 2003 13:02 #21721

What makes that annoying shhhh noise that I hear sometimes accompanies the soundtrack? I've been to movies where it has been very loud and made it hard to understand the dialog. How can this be fixed?

What format of soundtrack? Any particular channel? All prints? All sound systems? Any sound when the projector is not running or running without a print?
