Usually when a new employee comes on board I usually walk them through what will become their duties. I also pair them up with someone who has been on the job for awhile to kind of whatch out for them till they get the swing of things.

I have nothing written down. No Standard Operating Procedures. I'm wrong in not having a written fomat in place? How do you go about training programs?
