Did I read a while back in Boxoffice that CFS/Rentec went under?
I noticed that the address have changed on the website and thier website is still there.

Yes, Cinema Film Systems (CFS) is out of business. They pulled out of ShowEast at the last minute last year, and there was a bankruptcy auction in December. Several chains and dealers bought up most of the equipment and spare parts.

I also received a note from Richard Niccum, the projection engineer who left the now bankrupt CFS to form his own
company, Lighting Images Technology (LIT). His note says that since CFS' closure, LIT is now offering all CFS
compatible parts and supplies. They are also offering equipment, parts, and used/reconditioned theatre equipment.

Glad to see that Dick landed on his feet, or as he put it "I'm like the Eveready battery bunny, I just keep on going
