For anyone looking in the New England area, Spinelli just put his Plymouth, NH twin on the market. I think the price is 495 or 475K including the real estate and turnkey operation. Its had a lot of work done recently, nice little twin within walking distance of the college. Anyone interested can contact me here. I dont have a link but my agent can out you in touch. This is the second cinema that Spinelli has put up in a year. They sold off the one in Meredith, NH? a while ago but it is still a cinema from what I hear.
