I was browsing the internet but I can't remember what site I saw it on. But I read on one of them that a judgement was handed down against the Regal Theaters that orders them to seat wheelchair patrons anywhere they wished to be seated. Has anybody else heard this ruling?

I thought it was AMC Theatres and wasn't that several months ago?

It's on the 8/13/03 Reuters’ website titled, “Court Rules Against Regal Cinemas in ADA Lawsuit”.

This ruling came from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals – the most liberal federal court in the U.S. and, as I recall, the most over-ruled court in the country. Their decisions seem to last only as long as it takes to appeal their ruling to the Supreme Court. So I wouldn't plan on this ruling being perm.
