Well, it only seemed natural. We have cable, DVD, and VHS to contend with. Now Disney is working with a new type of technology called Movie Beam. You buy a little box that set on your tv and they are able to beam movies through the box to your tv. The service will be introduced in Salt Lake City this fall says Film Journal International.

So now a big name like Disney will have the means to create movies that could otherwise be shown in the theatres for exclusive Beam Box viewers. Could other film companies follow suit? Its a scary thought.

As we get ever closer to being simple drones that just watch what is on our TV screens at home.
