TOPIC: Talking About The Big Green Guy

Talking About The Big Green Guy 19 May 2003 10:02 #20086

Has anyone gotten any low down on The Hulk? Screenwriter James Schamus and director Ang Lee teamed up together for Crouching Tiger in the past so I'm curious about the buzz on this venture.

If I wanted to see CGI non-stop, I would buy a video game. This movie will open big (not huge), and then will swirl down the toilet bowl! Have you seen the new preview??? It sucks!

I am worried about Hulk as it seems too dark. Others?

At 2 and 1/2 hours long, it seems a bit much to me.

Forty years of comic books, a nostalgic love for the 1970s TV show (which was limited to very basic special effects) in the hands of the guy who directed some of the best movies of all time (ICE STORM, CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON, and SENSE & SENSIBILITY)...

This is the only movie I am remotely excited about seeing all summer.
