I'd like to see this movie but I hear that it runs for three hours. Has anyone seen it yet and is it worth all the three hours of running time. I might add that I'm into Native American Cultures. Will potrayal of the Inuit culture be satisfying?

Our audience loved it.

I didn't see it.

But the scene where he runs for 20 minutes across the ice naked is amazing.

Let's see: Savin Ryan, Titanic, etc. etc. were a bit long too. Fast is probably one of the top 10 indie movies of the year, incredibly highly reviewed, one of the few if only Inuit pictures ever made......... nah.. wait for Ice Killer: this time it's personal! And it's only 105 minutes! Now playing!

The movie was originally Fast Walker, but it was 6 hrs. and 20 min. long . . . . No, Really.

We're having trouble getting a print because they want us to play it clean. Ain't gettin' rid of Greek Wedding fer nuttin'.

FAST RUNNER is playing at our cinema right now. A huge crowd does not go in, but everyone who comes out seems to love it and say that it is very intense. The three-hour running time is made for discerning audiences, not the average American who needs their ninety-minute glossy pop picture.

We played The Fast Runner for 6 weeks here in Santa Rosa and had a real good run. The film is definitely one that generates word of mouth. If you played Himalaya last year and did well with it, you should do well with Fast Runner, it seemed to be pretty much the same audience for us.

Avalon...Go Big Fat Greek...we are at 22 weeks and counting with only a very slight recent dip in its performance.

I got to see "The Fast Runner" over the weekend and was very impressed with the telling of the story. There were many insightful looks into a culture not many of us know about. Does any of you out there know what the dedications at the end of the movie were for? If they died does anyone know if the deaths were related to the movie making?
