What procedures do you use when a handicap person enters your theatre? I once saw a poor mother trying to get her son, who was wheelchair bound, through a crowd of patrons to the wheelchair section of the theatre. No one seemed to even care about them. So my questions are. Do you have a special ticketing proccess for these people? Do you people to help them to their seats? When the show is let out, do they get to leave first? I don't see many handicap people at the movies and after that incident I can understand why.

If I see someone struggling, I help, I hold doors, I give a gental push, I have hauled wheelchairs up and down stairs. Ask if you can help and then give generously. I don't get pissy if someone holds open a door for me when I have my arms full, a person in a wheelchair will not get pissy if you do the same. But like touching another person, don't touch the chair until directed or asked.
