There's a theatre up in Northern California called the Paradise that recently had a bomb planted in the bushes right next to their theatre. The scary part comes when the bomb expert comes to the theatre and says that the fuse was lit but went out before it could trigger. How does someone guard against this type of thing. Do you patrol? The bomb was found by an employee. Was it just by luck or was he patroling the grounds. It seems that times are really changing.
