Lets hear a hearty cheer for Clint Eastwood who is receiving the Venice Film Festival's Golden Lion Award. I grew up watching this great actor now director. From "Rawhide" to "Space Cowboys" his list of films is long and hardly run of the mill. Starting his movie career with the western trilogy of "A Fistful of Dollars","For A Few Dollars More",and "The Good,The Bad,and The Ugly",which were filmed in Italy, he has now come full circle.
My personal favorites are "Thunderboldt and Lightfoot" and "Play Misty For Me".
A true credit to the proffession. Keep em' commin' Mr. Eastwood.

Was Play Misty For Me the one where he's watching through a window while "My Funny Valentine" plays?

No Mike! He played a disc jockey who was hounded by a deranged lady fan who always requested the song in the movies title. She almost ended up killing him in the end of the show. The climax was suspensful when it was seen for the first time.
